Welcome to Tribe, the official community and networking platform developed for the students, staff, alumni, and growing community of Neltech Vocational School (NVS). By accessing or using Tribe, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the platform immediately.

1. About Tribe

Tribe is an educational and community-driven digital platform designed to:

profile students and members,
encourage collaboration and networking,
support educational and vocational growth,
promote creativity, innovation, and skill development,
foster a safe and professional learning community.

The platform may evolve over time to include additional services, tools, and community features for a broader audience beyond Neltech Vocational School.

2. User Eligibility

By using Tribe, you confirm that:

you are at least 13 years old or meet the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction,
the information you provide is accurate and truthful,
you will use the platform responsibly and lawfully,
you will not impersonate another person or organization.

Neltech Vocational School reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to contain false or misleading information.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials,
securing their account against unauthorized access,
all activities conducted under their account.

You agree to notify the platform administrators immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or security breaches involving your account.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

Users agree not to:

upload or share unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or offensive content,
harass, threaten, or bully other users,
distribute spam, malware, or malicious software,
violate intellectual property rights,
attempt unauthorized access to system resources,

Tribe reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these policies.

5. Educational and Community Conduct

As an education-oriented platform, users are expected to maintain respectful and professional conduct at all times. Tribe encourages healthy collaboration, positive communication, innovation, and constructive engagement within the community.

Any behavior that negatively impacts the learning environment or community experience may result in moderation actions.

Users retain ownership of the content they upload or share on Tribe. However, by posting content on the platform, you grant Tribe a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, distribute, and promote such content within the platform for operational and community purposes.

Users are solely responsible for the content they publish.

Users should avoid sharing sensitive personal information publicly on the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All platform branding, design elements, logos, systems, software, and original content associated with Tribe remain the property of Tribe and/or Neltech Vocational School unless otherwise stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of platform assets is prohibited.

9. Platform Availability

While we strive to provide reliable and uninterrupted service, Tribe does not guarantee continuous availability of the platform. Maintenance, upgrades, technical issues, or external factors may occasionally affect accessibility.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature or service without prior notice.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

Tribe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate accounts that:

violate these Terms and Conditions,
engage in harmful or fraudulent activities,
compromise platform security,
disrupt the community experience.

Severe violations may also be reported to relevant authorities where necessary.

11. Limitation of Liability

Tribe, its administrators, affiliates, and Neltech Vocational School shall not be held liable for:

user-generated content,
loss of data,
unauthorized account access,
indirect or consequential damages,
service interruptions or technical failures.

Users utilize the platform at their own discretion and responsibility.

12. Changes to Terms
